1. To place an order, Minnionette's customers may book online via email, sms, phone, or fax. Customers are advised to provide full details and address as well as the merchandise
code number.
2. Customers may make payment by cash or pay online. After
full payment is made, we will then reserve the merchandise
pending your instruction of collection at Minnionette's
boutique or we hand-deliver to you.
* delivery will be within the Klang Valley area only.

Method Of Payment
At Minnionette there are several ways to make payment.
- Pay cash at our boutique upon booking
- Credit online to Minnionette's Acct. no : 212022-0010450-3 (RHB) Stoke Hill Management Master
* all bank charges if any will be borne by you.
Minnionette's Policy
1. All merchandise are 100% brand new.
2. All merchandise are available immediately as per advertised in the blog unless notified otherwise.
3. We take every care on every piece of Minnionette's
collection to ensure that our items are in good condition
before delivery.
4. Therefore, to be fair to other Minnionette's customers, all
merchandise are non-refundable after full payment is
made. However you may exchange your merchandise with other items available.
5. Minnionette allows customers to make payment within 1
day, failing which, we will re-offer / display / re-shelf for
sale to other customers.
6. Prices are non-negotiable. However, you can take
advantage of Minnionette's Up-Coming Sale/ Clearance
stocks which will be announced periodically.
